Bill Tipton, Project Manager for Hewlett-Packard and Contributing Author at the Global Dialogue Center shares his inspiring story and offers insights on how he has been able reinvent himself from sighted to completely blind to inspiring leader and role model for others. After becoming blind, Bill learned that building partnerships, putting in a lot of hard work and upgrading his skills, helped him bring more value to his work and take a leadership role and make a difference.
